While I disagree with OP, I have to add to another comment.

Translation: You deem exhaustion "broken" because you incorporate many exhaustion-based skills into your build, end up with massive exhaustion buildup and then blame the game mechanic for the failure of your exhaustion-heavy build. Sorry, part of making effective builds is understanding all variables involved.

HA, Id hate to play a Smite monk in the 600/Smite combo..... Tank gets hit by one group and the smite only has time to say "ohhhh... shi" before he dies of extreme exhaustion.
